I’m Alexis Christina Held
and I believe connection can change everything.
I'm an embodiment guide, transformational bodyworker, and relational facilitator. At the heart of my work is a fascination with the inquiry:
What happens when we become more deeply connected to ourselves — and what becomes possible in our relationships when we do?
I've spent years exploring that question through bodywork, movement, embodiment, intimacy, relationships, and my own life.
And I keep coming back to the same realization:
The body knows things the mind can't always explain.
Embodiment Guide · Transformational Bodyworker · Relational Facilitator
I’m endlessly curious about people. I love conversations that go beneath the surface, and getting to know and experience people through movement, energy, presence, and shared experiences.
I value truth over comfort, and I’m drawn to people and experiences that invite me to see something differently, stretch beyond what I know, and keep becoming. I love laughter, play, and adventure. Discovering new places. Exploring different cultures. Saying yes to unusual experiences. Caring for beloved animals and bringing people together are other ways I get to be in service and express what matters to me. In short, I believe in leaving people and places a little better than I found them.
Beauty. Connection. Truth. Growth. Laughter. Play. Adventure. Care. Aliveness. These are some of the things I love most about being human.
Why I Do This Work
I know what it feels like to move through life disconnected from my own body, my own needs, and the deeper wisdom within me. When we lose connection with ourselves, it can become difficult to truly connect with others, navigate life's challenges, or experience the fullness of being alive. I know this because I've lived it. My own journey has been a continual practice of coming back home to myself. Not once. Not permanently. Again and again. What has changed over time isn't that I never get lost. It's that I know how to come back. I have learned to feel more deeply, listen more honestly and find my way back with greater presence, resilience, compassion, and trust. I believe that is part of what makes this work so meaningful to me. I'm interested in walking this path alongside you – with the perspective, practices, and lived experience I've gathered along the way.
A Little About Me:
What I've come to understand
Along the way, I discovered something fundamental: Connection is the foundation of everything. Connection to ourselves creates the capacity for deeper connection with others. Connection with others creates the foundation for more loving relationships and communities. From that place, we become more available for joy, creativity, compassion, pleasure, resilience, and a more alive experience of being human. The more deeply we inhabit ourselves, the more fully we can participate in our lives. The more connected we are to ourselves, the more capacity we have to meet another person with presence, curiosity, honesty, and love.
This is the work
My work brings together embodiment, transformational bodywork, nervous system awareness, and relational practices to create spaces where people can restore their connection to themselves, their relationships, and the world around them. My intention is simple:
More resilience. More renewal. More love. More aliveness.
One person. One relationship. One community at a time.
This is my mission: More Love.
You don't have to have it all figured out.
Maybe you know exactly what you want. Maybe you simply know that something needs to change. Maybe you're craving deeper connection with yourself. Maybe you're navigating dating, intimacy, or partnership. Maybe your body is asking for attention. Maybe you're ready to experience yourself in a way you haven't before. You don't need to arrive with the perfect words. You just need to be willing to meet yourself honestly.
