Transformational Bodywork
Alexis Christina Held bridges the physical and energetic realms through intuitive bodywork that invites deep release, connection, and transformation. Drawing from a diverse range of bodywork modalities — including deep tissue, acupressure, Thai, craniosacral, and other somatic and energetic techniques — she weaves together what the body needs in the moment with refined energetic sensitivity. Her work meets each body as a living conversation, guided by instinct, presence, and grace.
Clients often describe her touch as both grounded and transcendent, offering profound spaciousness, renewal, and a deeper connection to themselves. As healer Michael Frazier shares, “This is far beyond massage; it is transformational healing.”
90- and 120-minute sessions are available for bodywork-focused experiences.
Embodiment
Each longer session is customized around what you want to explore, shift, or cultivate. There is no predetermined formula; the body, your intention, and what is arising in the moment guide the work.

Transformational Bodywork + Embodiment Practice
For those wanting to go deeper, longer sessions combine transformational bodywork with personalized embodiment practice.
The work begins with the physical body, while also exploring the patterns, sensations, emotions, and ways of being that live within it. Together, we may incorporate guided awareness, breath, movement, nervous-system regulation, boundaries, presence, or other practices specific to your intention and goals.
The purpose is not simply to experience something profound during a session, but to develop tools and practices you can bring into your everyday life — deepening your relationship with your body and creating greater choice, presence, and connection beyond the session.
